Computer monitor images have approximately 72dpi resolution (very low). In addition, there are tremendous variations in computer operating systems — video cards, screen resolutions and monitors used to view images via the Internet each having its strong point and weak points. Therefore, it should be realized that the image you view on your monitor (even the enlarged view) is a very crude representation of the actual image. For this reason, you need to realize that factors such as contrast, texture, tonal range, saturation, scale, etc., will be appreciably different in the actual print. Unfortunately, there is no means available to enable you to view the print as if you were standing in front of it in the area where you choose to display the print.


Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be 100% happy with all your purchases from us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it. Customers are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. All returns must be shipped Registered and Insured Mail or Shipping with Signature Required. Original fine art and giclée returns must be received at our gallery location within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise from our gift shop must be received at our gallery location within 7 days of receipt. You must contact us at 956.585.1259 or email us within 20-day period for the art and 24 hours for any gallery gift shop items that you have received for a return approval. We appreciate your understanding. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (excluding damaged items).
